Wise Guys Haircuts for Him – Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. However, out of respect for our stylists, their time as well as our clients on the waitlist— we kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 4 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within the 4-hour window, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice, will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. If we do not have a card on file, the fee will be added to your next visit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us make the most of our stylists’ time and continue providing exceptional service to all of our clients.

All color appointments must be booked over the phone to determine the correct amount of time.
